Adoptions

We at R and T do more than just supply animals with the healthiest and most

natural products available.

We also run a small, not-for-profit self-funded animal rescue. We do not partake or condone sales or breeding of animals. We do however personally visit high kill shelters and pull animals off of death row simply for being so overcrowded that the shelters need to make more room for more incoming animals. These animals come and live with us until we can find them loving, forever homes.

This temporary stay with us allows us to get to know the animal personally: eating habits, social habits, pecial needs, etc. to ensure the pet meets both it's own needs as well as the needs of it's new family. While we do not and will not sell animals, we do however require a donation to our rescue in order to continue to pull these animals out of shelters, provide food, shelter, bedding, wee wee pads and other necessary supplies during their stay with  us.  Sometimes animals need medical attention, and/or surgeries. While we would love to simply give away our rescues, because there are just so many animals that pass through our doors, it just isn't financially possible.

We ask that our potential adtoptors understand that rescue is a very rewarding, fufilling mission.. but it's also a very expensive one!
