Shipping Methods 

We ship your order UPS ground or via U.S. Postal Service, whichever is least expensive. If you prefer a different method or need your order shipped faster, please contact us at 718-886-1930.

Delivery Times: 

Orders in the northeast takes approximately one day,

Mid U.S. to southeast U.S. takes approximately 2 days

And western U.S. takes about 3 days

Shipping Charges:

We charge only EXACT shipping amounts. If the shipping charge is less then what is quoted, we will ONLY charge that amount. If the shipping amount is extremely higher then quoted, we will contact you before shipping. We never charge handling or packaging fees (except when buying frozen or perishables (glass tanks) which do require special packaging).

We have added a multiplier to give you an approximate shipping charge. In the northeast shipping charges will be somewhat less, and out west the shipping charges will be a little more. If it is substantially higher we will contact you prior to shipping.

International orders will be contacted prior to shipment, with exact costs.

Shipping to a residence is an extra $2.50 to UPS's shipping charges, UPS does NOT charge to ship to a business address. This additional fee is already included.

Although your billing information is entered you are NOT automatically billed. We will notify you that we have received your order and supply you with your total purchase.

We apologize for this lengthy discussion about shipping, but these charges have gotten way beyond normalcy.
